Here are the Mary Poppins posters created for NYT’s 2026 fall Mary Poppins show. Front of house wanted them to match their color scheme of pink, red, blue and teal. The sref combo that I was using tended toward teal and orange, so I had to adjust the orange shades toward the red spectrum.
For this set of posters, I also introduced adding an iconic quote (well, some of them were iconic) to each poster. This added an additional tie-in to the musical, especially for the characters that are less well known.
On the technical side within Midjourney, I used three style references from the original (–sv 4) Midjourney version that introduced srefs.
