276 Black & White Robots

I have a number of projects in the past few months that were geared at black and white images, primarily coloring pages. My curated style references omitted a bunch of black& white styles. With the new style reference versions out, this seemed like a good time to put out a table of black& white style references.

These style references are all in the new type of style references (using Midjourney version 7 or later). The inset box has the style reference number, so for instance if you wanted to use the top right one, your parameter would be “–sref 11”. The preceding zeros aren’t necessary, they just felt right for a robotic display (plus I started in the 1000 series before wrapping and finishing off the early ones). These are almost all of the black & white style references in the range 0-2499. I omitted a couple because they were a little gruesome.

Some style references may look similar, but the style references encapsulate much more than a picture of a robot. People, landscapes, building, general vibes will all be somewhat different, so you may want to choose several srefs that are similar to what you are looking for and explore them further before choosing one (or a blend of more than one).
